The motivation behind the proposed study stems from multilane traffic systems with finite availability of particles. Our investigation revolves around a totally asymmetric simple exclusion process incorporating a finite reservoir and the occurrence of lane-switching phenomena. The study delves into the system's characteristics, including phase diagrams, density profiles, phase transitions, finite-size effects, and shock positions.

Introduction: Lectins are carbohydrate-binding proteins that are extremely selective for sugar groups in the other molecules. As a result, they perform a variety of roles in biological processes involving cell, carbohydrate, and protein recognition at the cellular and molecular levels. Because lectins can bind to carbohydrates, they may play a role in determining the rate of carbohydrate digestion.

Objective: To compare the diagnostic accuracy of Contrast Enhanced Computed Tomography (CECT) compared to conventional imaging modalities and histopathological investigation in cervical lymph node metastasis in adults through a novel meta- analysis.

Method: The review protocol is registered under PROSPERO(CRD42021225704) and performed in accordance to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis - Diagnostic Test Accuracy (PRISMA- DTA) checklist. Databases like PubMed, Google Scholar, EBSCOhost were searched from 2000 to 2023 to identify the diagnostic potential of CECT in cervical lymph node metastasis of oral carcinoma.

Improved hygiene depends on the accessibility and availability of effective disinfectant solutions. These disinfectant solutions are unavailable to many communities worldwide due to resource limitations, among other constraints. Safe and effective chlorine-based disinfectants can be produced via simple electrolysis of salt water, providing a low-cost and reliable option for on-site, local production of disinfectant solutions to improve sanitation and hygiene.
