Pru p 3, a member of the lipid transfer protein family, is considered a major allergen from peach as it often induces serious allergic reactions in peach-allergic individuals. The high resistance of Pru p 3 to processing treatments and to digestion or enzymatic hydrolysis is probably the cause of the severity of this fruit allergy. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of treatment with a large number of proteases from different origins (vegetal, animal and microbial) on the degradation and allergenicity of Pru p 3.

This study aimed to describe the development of the Perceived Therapist's Knowledge about Gender Identity Diversity Scale and to preliminarily validate this scale by describing its psychometric properties. This research instrument was constructed based on the existing literature and recommendations for instrument development. Initially, a 36-item scale was devised to assess perceived openness and knowledge about gender identity diversity in therapy.

Objective: Despite a marked increase in the prevalence of pediatric IgE-mediated food allergy (FA) in recent decades, there is a dearth of age-appropriate management education and support tools for youth with FA. The purpose of this report is to detail our methods for intervention design and refinement of an interactive educational software program for school-aged children with FA.

Methods: Development of the "Friends, Family and Food Application (F3-App)" employed an iterative, user-centered design approach with input from children with FA, their caregivers, and other key experts.

Aggressiveness is a concerning issue due to its contribution to road crashes. This study aims to provide an overview on how Spanish drivers perceive aggressive driving, analyzing how this perception is linked to sociodemographic features. Thus, a cross-sectional study was designed, where 1,079 Spanish drivers took part in a telephone survey on aggressiveness' importance, influence on traffic accidents, and frequency of performance.
