The brain undergoes atrophy and cognitive decline with advancing age. The utilization of brain age prediction represents a pioneering methodology in the examination of brain aging. This study aims to develop a deep learning model with high predictive accuracy and interpretability for brain age prediction tasks.

However, the role of 20-HETE in Ang II-induced cardiac dysfunction had yet to be fully elucidated. This study investigated the effects of Ang II on CYP4A expression and 20-HETE production in H9c2 cells using RT-qPCR, Western blot, and ELISA.

Previous studies have found that when the intake of tea fluoride is similar, the prevalence of skeletal fluorosis varies greatly among different ethnic groups, which may be related to different genetic backgrounds. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) and collagen type 1 α1 (COL1A1) were strongly associated with bone metabolism as well as bone growth and development, but their association with the risk of skeletal fluorosis has not been reported.
