Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is the most prevalent chronic liver disease worldwide, which has the potential to advance to fibrosis. CAV1 has the effects of improving liver lipid deposition in MASLD, however, the potential mechanism is largely unknown. Here, we establish a MASLD mouse model in CAV1 knockout (KO) mice and perform transcriptome analysis on livers from mice to investigate the effects of CAV1 in MASLD progression.

In marked contrast to related all-carbon systems, the intrinsic polarity of the BNBNB chain (featuring electron-rich nitrogen and electron-deficient boron centres) enables metathesis chemistry with electrophilic heteroallenes such as CO and with organic carbonyl compounds. Transfer of the borylimide unit to [CO], [CS], [PP{(NDippCH)}] and [C(H)Ph] moieties generates (boryl)N[double bond, length as m-dash]C[double bond, length as m-dash]X systems (X = O, S, PP{(NDippCH)}, C(H)Ph), driven thermodynamically by B-O bond formation.

However, variants of uncertain significance limit the clinical utility of test results. Thus, there is a need for functional characterization and clinical classification of all BRCA2 variants to facilitate the clinical management of individuals with these variants.

These exposures can modify DNA, which can subsequently lead to the somatic mutations found in all normal and tumor tissues. Understanding the precise origins of specific somatic mutations has been challenging due to multitude of DNA adducts (i.
