Objectives: The placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PASD) are associated with significant maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. As cesarean delivery rates increase, so does the rate of PASD. PASD antepartum diagnosis and perioperative management are evolving, and we primarily aimed to share our tertiary care centre's institutional approach and outcomes over a decade.

Introduction: Adolescence is a crucial time of transition in all aspects of life. Transition experiences for culturally Deaf individuals and individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing often differ from the mainstream population. The purpose of this scoping review was to examine and synthesize the existing literature surrounding transition experiences for culturally Deaf and deaf and hard of hearing populations through the lens of Meleis' Transitions Theory.

Importance: Distress is common among patients with cancer, and evidence of disparities associated with distress has been mixed. Head and neck cancer (HNC) is one of the most emotionally distressing cancers and is also a highly disparate disease. However, it is unknown whether there are disparities associated with patient-reported distress in HNC.

Background and aims Compensated advanced chronic liver disease (cACLD) refers to asymptomatic patients with advanced fibrosis who do not yet exhibit clinical or radiological signs of portal hypertension. Early detection of cACLD is essential for effective risk stratification and timely management, potentially preventing progression to more severe and irreversible stages of liver disease. Transient elastography (TE) is the primary diagnostic method for cACLD, with several diagnostic thresholds commonly used.
