[Mural nodules of anaplastic carcinoma in bilateral ovarian borderline mucinous cystadenoma: a case report].

The occurrence of mural nodules in serous or mucinous ovarian tumors is not frequent but is currently well established. Mural nodules can developed in benign, borderline or malignant tumors. They can be reactive, benign or malignant.

[Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma: a fibrosarcoma with a very long course].

Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma is a rare and slowly growing variant of fibrosarcoma occurring in adults. Its carcinomatous and/or hemangiopericytomatous patterns may mislead to many different tumors. These differential diagnoses are generally ruled out by the clinical data, the morphology and the immunohistochemical study.

[Chondrosarcoma of the femur neck simulating a normal variant. A difficult diagnostic pitfall].

We report a case of chondrosarcoma of the femoral neck wrongly considered as a normal variant during a long time due to the initial aspect on the plain films and its location. Precise radiological criteria must allow the differential diagnosis and will be detailed.

[Lipoma of the spermatic cord. Description of a case and review of the literature].

The authors analyse a case of fibrolipoma of the spermatic cord. It is the most common entity in the non testicular tumors. Ultrasound imaging has proven his utility.

[Anatomo-clinical features of Castleman tumour. Report of a case with a membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis (author's transl)].

A case of retro-peritoneal lymphoid angio-follicular hyperplasia or Castleman's pseudo-tumour with normochromic hormocytic anemia and membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis is reported in a 53 year-old man. Since the first description by Castleman in 1954, 259 other cases have been published. The anatomo-clinical study of our observation and of 198 cases collected in the literature bears out 3 types of clinical forms, according to the location of the pseudo-tumour: mediastinal, superficial and abdominal.
