Breast flap remodeling is a common procedure after breast reconstruction. We present a unique approach to breast reduction using a superomedial pedicle inverted "T" technique in patients with previous free deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap breast reconstruction, not previously reported. Breast reduction can be a valid option for reshaping breasts after free DIEP flap reconstruction.

It was found that the communication tools made available to the population did not provide explicit recommendations regarding how to participate. To this end, Unisanté led a project between 2022 and 2023 to increase awareness and widely disseminate tools specifically designed with the target population.

Sternal non-union is a rare complication of median sternotomies following cardiac surgery. It results in sternal instability and is associated with a high rate of morbidity. Patients with sternal non-union usually complain of pain and sternal clicking with movement of the chest wall.

An individual's behavior and response are largely determined by their level of knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) toward a disease. Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate and assess the KAP toward COVID-19 among hospital employees working in various positions and to identify the sociodemographic determinants associated with the level of KAP.
