The objectives of this study were to compare graft survival, patient survival, rejection risk factors and complications during the first year p ost-transplantation in patients who received an ABOi LD kidney transplant between 2014 and 2019 in our institution, matched according to sex, age and immunological risk with a control group of ABO compatible (ABOc) LD kidney transplants in the same period. Thirteen patients were included in each group.
