Background: The atrial electroanatomic substrate is an essential component in the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation (AF). However, the electrophysiological markers of susceptible atria for AF are not well-characterized. This study aimed to assess atrial conduction indices on surface electrocardiogram (ECG) and intracardiac electrogram (EGM) as predictors of initiation and recurrence of AF after successful ablation.

Methods: Hospital records of patients who underwent gastric pull-up with either SILS-GPU or R-GPU between May2016 and January 2024 were reviewed. Demographics, diagnosis, surgical techniques, and postoperative outcomes were evaluated.
Objective: The objectives of this study were to compare the body temperatures between pregnant and nonpregnant cats from two sites, lacrimal caruncle temperature (LCT) and rectal temperature (RT), and to compare intraocular pressure (IOP) between pregnant and nonpregnant cats.
Animal Studied: This study was performed on 13 pregnant and 16 anoestrous cats.
Procedures: The gestation period of the pregnant cats ranged from 20 to 45 days.
This study examines myocardial T1, T2, and T2* values in a sizable cohort of healthy volunteers, analyzing variations by age, sex, and cardiac segments. It offers a novel approach to defining normal parametric mapping boundaries and represents the first comprehensive study of its kind in Turkey. Our prospective study was conducted between August 2021 and August 2022.

Objective: The objective of the study was to compare AF and heart failure (HF) rehospitalizations after PVI in patients with HFpEF vs HFrEF.
Methods: The IBM MarketScan Database was used to identify patients undergoing PVI for AF.
