Materials And Methods: Data from 17 institutions were collected, comprising 305 men who underwent primary RPLND for CS 2 NSGCT. Regression analyses were conducted to predict histology in the RPLND specimen and disease-free survival (DFS).

The current highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 panzootic is having substantial impacts on wild birds and marine mammals. Following major and widespread outbreaks in South America, an incursion to Antarctica occurred late in the austral summer of 2023/2024 and was confined to the region of the Antarctic Peninsula. To infer potential underlying processes, we compiled H5N1 surveillance data from Antarctica and sub-Antarctic Islands prior to the first confirmed cases.

Patients And Methods: Using the Indiana University Testicular Cancer database, we performed a retrospective analysis of all patients who underwent open primary RPLND over the study period (2018-2021). The primary outcomes of interest were the preoperative profile of patients undergoing surgery, complication rates, and identification of risk factors associated with complications.
