A case describes a 49-year-old male patient who underwent emergency exploratory laparotomy for small intestinal perforation. Peritonitis was present due to perforation of the jejunal tumor. Resection of the jejunal tumor with perforation was performed followed by end-to-end anastomosis of the jejunum.
