Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a hematopoietic malignancy of B-cells that has a bimodal distribution with respect to age and incidence. With the introduction of doxorubicin (Adriamycin), bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (ABVD) and radiation combined, the prognosis of HL has significantly improved, with five-year survival rates approaching 95%. While HL has become highly curable, the side effect profiles of ABVD are dire and warrant continuous review.

This paper describes the methodology used by the OSU/IDI response modeling team to predict statewide cases of new infections as well as potential hospital burden in the state. The methodology has two components: (1) A Dynamical Survival Analysis (DSA)-based statistical method to perform parameter inference, statewide prediction and uncertainty quantification.

Aging intrinsically increases the vulnerability of white matter (WM) to injury. Therefore, we investigated the regulation of this shuttle to understand vascular-glial metabolic coupling to support axonal function during aging in two different WM tracts.

By using SR microscopy many new proteins involved in SOCE regulation have been identified over the last few years. Many enigmas remain unsolved in this highly dynamic field, however, recent developments in SR microscopy promise new answers soon.
