Objective: While microscale pedestrian environment features such as sidewalks and crosswalks can affect pedestrian safety, it is challenging to assess microscale environment associated risk across locations or at scale. Addressing these challenges requires an efficient auditing protocol that can be used to assess frequencies of microscale environment features. A 17 year old female was seen because of a non-productive cough and one episode of blood-tinged sputum. A computerized tomography (CT) scan of the chest showed multiple small cystic lucencies in the upper lobes. The mediastinal CT window revealed concurrent mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
