This case reports a 44-year-old female who presented to the gynecologic oncology clinic status post robotic-assisted laparoscopic myomectomy with intraperitoneal unprotected power morcellation in 2012, with an incidental finding of three conglomerate solid masses in the abdomen above the uterus, with each mass measuring approximately 15.5 cm. The patient underwent an exploratory laparotomy where multiple masses greater than 10 cm were found scattered throughout the abdominal cavity.

Age can also influence both immune function and social behaviour, and hence may modulate their relationships. This study investigates the role of social interactions in driving the concentrations of two urinary markers of proinflammatory immune activation, neopterin and soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR), in a free-ranging population of rhesus macaques, .

Methods: In a cross-sectional study from Kampala, Uganda, we estimated the prevalence of tuberculous infection (TBI) in social contacts of adult TB cases according to the setting and relationship domains of the contact score.
Across the stable density stratification of the abyssal ocean, deep dense water is slowly propelled upward by sustained, though irregular, turbulent mixing. The resulting mean upwelling determines large-scale oceanic circulation properties like heat and carbon transport. In the ocean interior, this turbulent mixing is caused mainly by breaking internal waves: generated predominantly by winds and tides, these waves interact nonlinearly, transferring energy downscale, and finally become unstable, break and mix the water column.
