In response to the demand for advanced tools in environmental monitoring and policy formulation, this work leverages modern software and big data technologies to enhance novel road transport emissions research. This is achieved by making data and analysis tools more widely available and customisable so users can tailor outputs to their requirements. Through the novel combination of vehicle emissions remote sensing and cloud computing methodologies, these developments aim to reduce the barriers to understanding real-driving emissions (RDE) across urban environments.

Purpose: The detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) after curative-intent therapy in early breast cancer (EBC) is highly prognostic of disease recurrence. Current ctDNA assays, mainly targeting single nucleotide variants (SNVs), vary in sensitivity and specificity. While increasing the number of SNVs in tumor-informed assays improves sensitivity, structural variants (SVs) may achieve similar or better sensitivity without compromising specificity.

In the LY.17 randomized phase II clinical trial, adults with relapsed and refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma treated with ibrutinib-R-GDP (IR-GDP) for up to three cycles had more documented bacterial and fungal infections, without improvement in overall response, compared with R-GDP. CR, complete response; DLBCL, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; PD, progressive disease; PR, partial response; R/R, relapsed/refractory; SD, stable disease.
