The present analysis examines the effect of thermal radiation on the stream of Maxwell liquid past a stretchy surface in the presence of a zero-mass flux condition. The effect of waste discharge concentration, thermophoresis-Brownian motion, and porous media on the fluid motion is also considered. Investigation of the liquid flow with waste discharge concentration in stretched sheets may lead to the growth of effective methods for disposing of waste and preventing pollution.

Article Synopsis
  • - The study focused on noise-induced hearing loss among power loom workers in Tamil Nadu, India, aiming to assess noise exposure levels and determine the prevalence of hearing loss among workers.
  • - A total of 123 workers were surveyed, revealing that 88.5% were exposed to noise levels of ≥ 95 dB (A), with a hearing loss prevalence of 71.6%. Important factors linked to hearing loss included age, literacy level, and years of service in the industry.
  • - To address these issues, the study recommends improved education on occupational hazards, stricter safety regulations, regular hearing tests, and the implementation of hearing conservation programs in noisy workplaces.
