Spliceosome machinery mutations are common early mutations in myeloid malignancies; however, effective targeted therapies against them are still lacking. In the current study, we used an high-throughput drug screen among four different isogenic cell lines and identified RKI-1447, a Rho-associated protein kinase inhibitor, as selective cytotoxic effector of mutant cells. RKI-1447 targeted mutated primary human samples in xenografts models.

Purpose: Cisplatin-based chemoradiotherapy (CRT) is standard treatment for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). However, IMRT may increase chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of fosaprepitant in preventing CINV.

So far, all OSS is based on the lateral covalent bonding of molecular precursors within a single molecular layer; extending OSS from two to three dimensions is yet to be realized. Herein, we address this challenge by cycloaddition between C and an aromatic compound.

RT dose escalation, such as stereotactic RT (SSRT), may improve relapse-free survival in this setting. STARR trial (NCT05455736) is a prospective multicenter study including patients affected by macroscopic recurrence within the prostate bed after RP treated with SSRT.

Methods: Seventy-nine consecutive patients undergoing complex endovascular aortic repair were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed.
