Objectives: Symptomatic carotid web is an increasingly recognized cause of acute ischemic stroke with a high risk of recurrent ischemic events despite aggressive medical interventions. Surgical interventions including transfemoral carotid artery stenting (TFCAS) and carotid endarterectomy have been described to reduce this risk, but transcarotid arterial revascularization (TCAR) has not been evaluated for this purpose.
Materials And Methods: Patients with cerebral ischemia from carotid web underwent TCAR with flow reversal.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina has challenged health professionals to implement teleconsultation to maintain continuity of care.
Objectives: Describe the implementation of new technologies in teleconsultation by Nutrition professionals from Entre Ríos, from the beginning of the ASPO to the new normal.Methodology: Observational, descriptive, quantitative, and cross-sectional study, in which 72 Nutrition professionals from Entre Ríos, Argentina participated through a self-administered online questionnaire.

A 51-year-old man with a medical history of recurrent anal carcinoma after chemoradiation underwent abdominoperineal resection in 2015. The patient presents with a bulging mass in the perineal zone, associated with pain. Physical examination and MRI during the workup reveal a large mass in the perineal region.
