Clinical utility of a 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging-guided linear accelerator during conventionally fractionated and hypofractionated prostate cancer radiotherapy.

Purpose: To report our initial experience with 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) linear accelerator (LINAC) in prostate cancer radiotherapy in terms of its use in a radiation oncology clinic.

Methods: The medical records of 14 prostate cancer patients treated with MRI-guided radiotherapy were retrospectively evaluated.

Computed Tomography-Guided Optimization of Needle Insertion for Combined Intracavitary/Interstitial Brachytherapy With Utrecht Applicator in Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer.

Purpose: There are no international guidelines for optimal needle insertion during interstitial intracavitary brachytherapy (IS-ICBT) for cervical cancer.
