Outsourcing data to remote cloud providers is becoming increasingly popular amongst organizations and individuals. A semi-trusted server uses Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) to keep the search information under acceptable leakage levels whilst searching an encrypted database. A dynamic SSE (DSSE) scheme enables the adding and removing of documents by performing update queries, where some information is leaked to the server each time a record is added or removed.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The objective was to investigate the effects of spinal stabilization exercises (SSEs) focusing on the pelvic floor with regard to urinary symptoms, pelvic floor muscle strength (PFMS), core stability, quality of life (QoL), and perception of subjective improvement (PSI) in women with overactive bladder (OAB).

Methods: Patients were randomly divided into SSE (n=23) and control (n=24) groups. The SSE group received SSEs focusing on the pelvic floor for 3 days a week for 8 weeks and recommendation.

In this study, the researchers aimed to investigate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) applied with telerehabilitation on urinary symptoms, quality of life, and subjective perception of improvement and satisfaction in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients having lower urinary tract symptoms. Patients were randomly divided into PFMT (:21) and control (:21) groups. The PFMT group received PFMT via telerehabilitation for 8 weeks and lifestyle advice, while the control group received only lifestyle advice.

Background And Objectives: The oral cavity harbors numerous strains which display remarkable genotypic and phenotypic diversity. This study evaluated the genotypic and phenotypic diversity of 209 strains isolated from 336 patients with dental caries and compared with the universal reference strain, UA159.

Materials And Methods: Selective cultivation on mitis-salivaries-bacitracin agar and species-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was carried out to isolate and identify the 209 isolates from 336 patients with dental caries.

Alkaptonuria (AKU) is an inborn error of metabolism caused by the deficiency of homogentisate 1,2-dioxygenase (HGD) as a result of a defect in the HGD gene. HGD enzyme deficiency results in accumulation of homogentisic acid (HGA) in the body, which in turn leads to multisystemic clinical symptoms. The present study aimed to investigate the presenting symptoms, age at diagnosis, and clinical and genetic characteristics of AKU patients followed-up in different centers in Turkey.

In this study simple, effective, fast and economic reverse-phase HPLC methods have been developed for the purposes of identifying impurities and quantities of the two active ingredients in the tablet dosage products containing Ciprofloxacin HCl and Ornidazole together. These methods have been validated according to the parameters of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Centre for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) to prove reliability and applicability of the methods. In the validation studies, all of the parameters defined in ICH as selectivity, precision, accuracy, linearity, LOD, LOQ, recovery, robustness and solution stability were tested.

Arabidopsis EARLY FLOWERING3 (ELF3) functions in modulating light input to the circadian clock, as a component of ELF3-ELF4-LUX ARRHYTHMO (LUX) evening complex. However, the role of ELF3 in stress responses remains largely unknown. In this study, we show that ELF3 enhances plants' resilience to salt stress: ELF3-overexpressing (ELF3-OX) plants are salt-tolerant, while elf3 mutants are more sensitive to salt stress.
