Background: Spermatogenesis system is one of the most radiosensitive organs in the body. A usual therapeutic dose of radiation such as the conventional 2 Gy in each fraction of radiotherapy and lower doses seen in diagnostic radiology or a radiation disaster affect the process of spermatogenesis potently. Selenium and zinc are two important elements playing key roles in the development of sperms and also have radioprotective effects.

As a consequence of this criterion-based rehabilitation, return to play is only suggested when athletes meet specific return to play (RTP) criteria.
Purpose: The goal of this prospective observational study was to analyze if physical therapists adhere to ACLR practice guideline RTP criteria for testing and return to sport decisions, and to explore whether there is a difference in adherence between physical therapists specialized in sports versus those who are not.
Background: The study was performed with an aim to map the pattern of metastasis of squamous cell carcinomas of buccal mucosa to various cervical lymph node levels and analyze its correlation with primary tumor size and histo-pathological grading.
Material And Methods: 254 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the buccal mucosa treated with surgery first approach were analyzed retrospectively. The tumor size was noted from pre-operative CT Scans and were divided into early and advanced tumors.
Metal telluride/Te heterostructure nanowires are important thermoelectric materials and it is important to be able to tune these materials according to the requirement of the application. In order to do so, a good understanding of the reaction mechanism and critical observation of the evolution of the nanowire heterostructure during the course of reaction is essential. Here, single crystalline, anisotropic Te core/BiTe shell nanowires have been synthesized by a facile template-based wet chemical synthesis method.

While immunosuppressants are known to achieve control and lower steroid dependence in T2LR, the prospect of managing a severe T2LR in conjunction with COVID-19, with the concern of worsening COVID-19 with long-term immunosuppression has not previously been encountered. We report a case of severe T2LR treated with oral steroids and methotrexate, with COVID-19 infection acquired during hospital stay, and a favourable outcome achieved despite the continued use of immunosuppressants.

In this study, Ce/Si co-doped hydroxyapatite was coated on Ti-6Al-4 V substrates as a triple layer with extreme centrifugal force (2000 RPM, 3000 RPM and 4000 RPM) to improve the biological performance of the coating in terms of enhanced bone apposition. Further, the coated substrate was characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM-EDS techniques.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) play an important role in human health, influencing chronic disease and mortality. Food Frequency Questionnaires (FFQs) are widely used to assess self-reported diet, but they can be subject to a variety of errors. Accordingly, an accurate assessment of diet is crucial in nutrition research.

The DFI can be determined using commercially available methodologies, including sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD) kits and sperm chromatin structure assay (SCSA). Currently, when DFI is evaluated using SCD kits, the result is analyzed in reference to the SCSA-derived threshold for the choice of an ART procedure.

There are contradictory reports about bitumen exposure and malignancy risk worldwide. Also, the evidence for genotoxicity risk among workers occupationally exposed to asphalt is insufficient. The study intended to evaluate particulate matter 10 (PM) at the workplace and biomarkers of genotoxicity effects among a group of asphalt workers in and around Bangalore, India.

Background: Gadolinium oxide nanoparticles as positive contrast material of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have attracted a great attention due to the appropriate magnetic properties. One of the most desirable features of these nanoparticles is their ability of doping with other lanthanides which can change their properties.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of neodymium doping on MRI relaxivity of the gadolinium oxide nanoparticles.
Aims: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common sustained arrhythmia in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), and is associated with deterioration in clinical status and outcome. To date, no data have been published pertaining to AF in an Irish HCM population.
Methods And Results: 159 patients with HCM attending St Vincent's University Hospital and Blackrock Clinic, Dublin, were identified.
The pandemic of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has emerged as a global catastrophe that is plaguing mankind. In the past eight months since the world discovered about COVID-19, we learned a lot about server acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) and perhaps there is much more to discover and understand about the virus. With the current understanding of the disease, we assume it will remain in an active state of transmission and progression among the community for a long time.

Epidural blood patch (EBP), the gold standard for the treatment of this pathology requires training not provided to emergency physicians. In addition, the presence of concomitant pathology and abnormal laboratory values are contraindications to perform EBP.

Forensic Odontology deals with identifying humans based on their dental traits because of their robust nature. Classical methods of human identification require more manual effort and are difficult to use for large number of Images. A Novel way of automating the process of human identification by using deep learning approaches is proposed in this paper.
