Background: Postpartum depression (PPD) is a prevalent psychological condition. Although the effect of obstetrical and maternal complications on PPD are well described, the impact of neighborhood socioeconomic status (SES) on PPD is relatively unexplored.
Objectives: This study examined the relationship between neighborhood SES score and PPD.
Aim: The purpose is to develop a care package for the prevention of medical device-related pressure injuries using the Delphi Method.
Design: The study is a methodological.
Method: The care package was developed using the Delphi Method, a consensus-based technique.
Background: The aim of this study was to present our experience with late presentation Bochdalek hernia (BH), focussing on clinical presentation diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, and their outcomes.
Methods: Patients with late presenting BH 1 month of age between 1983 and 2022 were studied. We retrospectively collected and analysed the following data: age, sex, side of herniation, presenting symptoms and signs, associated anomalies, radiographic findings, intraoperative findings, postoperative course, complications, and mortality.
Cowslip (Primula veris L.) is an anioxidant-rich plant used for many food and medicinal purposes. In this study, the effect of incorporating hydrogen (H) into water (HRW), ethanol (HRE), and methanol (HRM) on the extraction of flavonoids (TFC), phenolics (TPC), and antioxidants (metal chelation, FRAP, DPPH, and ABTS) as well as color (L*, a*, b*, C*, H°), chlorophyll (a, b), lycopene, and β-carotene of wild cowslip flowers was evaluated.

Objective: The aim of this literature review is to yield a comprehensive and exhaustive overview of the existing evidence and up-to-date applications of artificial intelligence for knee osteoarthritis.
Methods: A literature review was performed by using PubMed, Google Scholar, and IEEE databases for articles published in peer-reviewed journals in 2022. The articles focusing on the use of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and prognosis of knee osteoarthritis and accelerating the image acquisition were selected.
Background And Purpose:
Long Covid is a complex condition characterised by symptoms that persist for weeks and months after the Covid infection, accompanied by cognitive impairment that negatively affects daily life. Understanding this complex condition is important for the development of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of cognitive impairment in long-COVID, including its definition, symptoms, pathophysiology, risk factors, assessment tools, imaging abnormalities, potential biomarkers, management strategies, long-term outcomes, and future directions for research.

The combination of fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET) and computed tomography (CT) has a major impact on the diagnosis, staging, treatment planning and follow-up of lung cancer patients. The maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) is an easily performed and most widely used semi-quantitative index for the analysis of FDG PET images and estimation of metabolic activity.

We analysed the risk of cardiovascular adverse events among patients treated with AA and ENZ.
Patients And Methods: We used Kythera Medicare data from January 2019 to June 2023 to identify patients with at least one pharmacy claim for AA or ENZ.
Objective: To develop a Newborn Skin Assessment Attitude Scale (NSAAS) for neonatal ICU (NICU) RNs.
Methods: The study was conducted with 326 nurses working in NICUs in three cities in Turkey. The researchers evaluated the content and construct validity and reliability of the scale with item-total score correlation analysis, the test-retest method, and calculating the Cronbach α reliability coefficient.
Background And Purpose:
Atrial fibrillation diagnosed after stroke (AFDAS) is a new term used for AF resulting from autonomic dysregulation. It is associated with a lower stroke recurrence compared to patients with known AF before a stroke (KAF). The aim of the study was to explore the characteristics and mortality rates in AFDAS patients.

We investigated the relationship between active lesions on magnetic resonance imaging showing the inflammatory phase in MS patients and serum parameters that can be used as inflammatory biomarkers. Thus, we aim to detect the inflammatory period in clinical and radiological follow-up and to reveal the period in which disease-modifying treatments are effective with serum parameters.

Methods: A total of 30 female Wistar albino rats were divided into three groups: group 1 (control group), group 2 (disease group), and group 3 (treatment group). The rat model of interstitial cystitis was created by biweekly intraperitoneal administration of cyclophosphamide (CYP).
Background: Preterm infants have oral feeding difficulty that often delays discharge, indicating a need for evidence-based interventions for oral-motor development.
Purpose: To test the Premature Infant Oral Motor Intervention (PIOMI) on the development of oral-motor function, feeding, and anthropometric outcomes using sucking manometry.
Methods: A single-blind randomized experimental design was conducted with a sample of 60 preterm infants from 2 neonatal intensive care units between May 2019 and March 2020.
Background: Cesarean delivery (CD) is the most frequently performed surgery. Surgical site infection (SSI) is a common complication after CD.
Purpose: To evaluate the role of complete blood count parameters in predicting the development of SSI after CD.
SET-Nup214 is a recurrent fusion gene that is mainly observed in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). Dysregulation of homeobox (Hox) genes is frequently observed in patients with leukemia. Consistent with this, HoxA genes are upregulated in the SET-Nup214 T-ALL cell line and patients.

Method: The study included 940 team athletes, 274 individual athletes, and 131 nonathlete controls aged 12-17 years. Demographic data were obtained with a form including questions about age, sex, sports type, and physical activity status (type, duration, and frequency) during the isolation period.
Background: In this study, we aimed to determine whether neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR), obtained by dividing the number of neutrophils by the number of lymphocytes, and uric acid (UA) levels in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients vary compared with healthy controls and to establish correlations among these changes themselves as well as between such changes and MS subtypes, immunomodulatory drug use, the duration of the disease and prognosis.
Methods: 150 patients who presented to our hospital and were diagnosed with MS and 150 healthy volunteers were retrospectively included in our study. EDSS score (Expanded Disability Status Scale) was used to assess the disability of the patients.
Background: Inflammation is recognized as a hallmark feature of cancer development and progression. The aim of our study was to investigate the significance of serum nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) levels as a circulating marker in the monitoring of inflammation in breast and colon cancer; to show the relationship between NF-κB with inflammatory parameters as tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), soluble TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (sTRAIL), interleukin-6 (IL-6), pentraxin-3 (PTX-3), procalcitonin (PCT), and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels.
Methods: Serum NF-κB, TNF-α, sTRAIL, IL-6, PTX-3, PCT, and serum CRP levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 40 patients with breast cancer, 40 patients with colon cancer and 30 healthy controls.

Background: Hydrocephalus is a complex neurologic disorder that has a widespread impact on the central nervous system and a multifactor disease which affects the CSF dynamics and causes severe neurological impairments in children. The pathophysiology of hydrocephalus is not fully understood. However, increasing evidence suggests that oxidative stress may be an important factor in the pathogenesis of hydrocephalus.

Here, we aimed to evaluate effect of sodium phenylbutyrate (NaPBA) in acute management of MSUD attacks.
Methods: Episodes with an initial plasma leucine (Leu) level above 750 µmoL/L and that require hospitalization due to clinical findings of Leu neurotoxicity and/or feeding difficulties were included to the study.
