A novel polycyclic naphthalenone motif was obtained by electrochemical synthesis starting from naphthols. The process is solvent controlled, and the highly diastereoselective cyclization is due to a solvent cage. The direct, anodic dehydrogenative sp-coupling was carried out by flow electrolysis.

Purpose: Listening is the gateway to learning in the mainstream classroom; however, classrooms are noisy environments, making listening challenging. Material And Methods: For 1000 model patients randomly generated from German postal code location combinations, the travelling time by car (individual transport, IT) and available public transport connections (PTC) to the nearest specialized outpatient and inpatient pain medicine clinics and units were assessed using a route planner.

Method: A comprehensive synthesis of the key skills from a broad range of publications on successful communication and collaboration in the classroom was conducted. Laboratory and clinical-based assessments of speech intelligibility must evolve to better predict real-world speech intelligibility. One way of approaching this goal is to develop speech intelligibility tasks that are more representative of everyday speech communication outside the laboratory.
