Subcutaneous (SC) rituximab has demonstrated advantages over intravenous (IV) administration; however, insufficient data exist on its use with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in Chinese patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This multicenter, phase II, randomized, controlled study was conducted across China between February 2021 and October 2022. Fifty adult patients with previously untreated CD20-positive DLBCL were randomized to receive one cycle of IV rituximab and seven cycles of SC rituximab (R-CHOP;  = 26), or eight cycles of IV rituximab (R-CHOP;  = 24), combined with six or eight cycles of CHOP.

To investigate the effects of different light qualities on the growth, photosynthesis, transcriptome, and metabolome of mint, three treatments were designed: (1) 7R3B (70% red light and 30% blue light, CK); (2) 7R3B+ far-red light (FR); (3) 7R3B+ ultraviolet light A (UVA). The results showed that supplemental FR significantly promoted the growth and photosynthesis of mint, as evidenced by the increase in plant height, plant width, biomass, effective quantum yield of PSII photochemistry (F'/F'), maximal quantum yield of PSII (F/F), and performance index (PI). UVA and CK exhibited minimal differences.

The lack of high-efficiency platinum (Pt)-based nanomaterials remains a formidable and exigent challenge in achieving high formic acid oxidation reaction (FAOR) and membrane electrode assembly (MEA) catalysis for direct formic acid fuel cell (DFAFC) technology. Herein, we report 16 Pt-based heterophase nanotrepang with rare earth (RE)-doped face-centered cubic Pt (fcc-Pt) and trigonal Pt-tellurium (t-PtTe) configurations ((RE-Pt)-PtTe HPNT). Chronic postsurgical pain (CPSP), with a high prevalence and rising epidemic of opioids crisis, is typically derived from acute postoperative pain. Our knowledge on the forming of chronic pain mostly derives from mechanistic studies of pain processing in the brain and spinal cord circuits, yet most pharmacological interventions targeting CNS came to be unhelpful in preventing CPSP. Revealing the peripheral mechanisms behind the transition from acute to chronic pain after surgery could shine a light on the novel analgesic regimens.
