The leadership shift from directing people to action to inspiring people to action will focus on the coach approach to leadership and will clearly demonstrate how taking this approach not only gives lasting cultural change but also builds leadership capacity. Current examples of healthcare organizations that have implemented this approach will be shared along with the use of best practices coaching skills that embrace the International Coach Federation core competencies and code of ethics.
