Purpose: Radical cystectomy (RC) and urinary diversion in the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer is associated with peri-operative complication rates as high as 60%. Ureteroenteric anastomotic stricture (UEAS) is a potential source significant morbidity often requiring secondary interventions.
