Sarcoidosis is primarily a disease of the lungs, and extrapulmonary manifestations are rare. Herein we report a case of isolated bone marrow sarcoidosis presenting as symptomatic hypercalcemia. A 75-year-old female presented with complaints of confusion, dizziness, headaches, and tremulousness.
