We developed an asynchronous online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) training tool that provides artificial intelligence- (AI-) enabled feedback to learners across eight CBT skills. The goal of this study was to evaluate the impact of a low-cost, reproducible "just in time" intervention on opioid prescribing in dialysis access operations.
Methods: Standardized opioid prescribing guidelines were emailed to residents on the vascular service on the first day of the rotation.
Intermediary-purveyor organizations (IPOs) are a type of dissemination support system that are intended to enhance the adoption and sustainment of empirically supported treatments (ESTs) by deploying empirically supported strategies to remediate implementation challenges. Despite the recent proliferation of government-funded IPOs for other psychiatric populations, IPOs that can redress the substantial science-to-practice gap among clients who experience psychotic disorders are not well documented. Design, Setting, And Participants: Published surveys on virtual interviewing were reviewed and modified to design two surveys, for interns and for faculty who interviewed. Interns and faculty members from the Departments of Surgery and Medicine at one institution who participated in the 2020-2021 virtual interview process completed the surveys four to six months after the start of the academic year.
