We present a step-by-step guide to focal cryoablation of localized prostate cancer. A patient with elevated prostate specific antigen (PSA) underwent multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) of the prostate that revealed a prostate imaging-reporting and data system (PI-RADS) four lesion.
