Objective: Aim: based on a retrospective analysis, the relationship between external genital endometriosis and comorbid breast pathology was established and risk factors were identified, their comparison and the formation of a prognostic risk criterion were determined.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: to address the objectives of the study, a retrospective analysis of 470 cases of patients treated for external genital endometriosis after surgical treatment and comorbid breast pathology was conducted. The control group included 30 healthy non-pregnant women.

Acceptability, feasibility and preliminary effects of an online group psychotherapy intervention for adolescents and young adults with cancer.

Background: Adolescents and young adults (AYAs; ages 15-29 years) diagnosed with cancer are increasingly recognized as an oncology population with distinct psychosocial needs. However, few specialized psychosocial interventions for AYAs currently exist. This study reports on the development of a novel group-based psychotherapy intervention to address the psychosocial needs of AYAs.

Pregravid preparation of women with chronic endometritis in IVF cycles.

Objective: Aim: of our study was to improve the pregravid preparation of women with chronic endometritis to develop individual approaches to overcoming infertility, taking into account the state of endometrium.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The study included 90 women (main group, n=90), 28 to 38 years with an anatomically normal uterus and chronic endometritis (CE). Patients were divided into 2 groups: group I - 45 women with CE who received conventional treatment; group II - 45 women with CE who received pregravid preparation by subendometrial injections of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).

Large Thermally Irreversible Photoinduced Shift of Selective Light Reflection in Hydrazone-Containing Cholesteric Polymer Systems.

Stimuli responsive liquid crystalline polymers are a unique class of so-called "smart" materials demonstrating various types of mesomorphic structures easily controlled by external fields, including light. In the present work we synthesized and studied a comb-shaped hydrazone-containing copolyacrylate exhibited cholesteric liquid crystalline properties with the pitch length of the helix being tuned under irradiation with light. In the cholesteric phase selective light reflection in the near IR spectral range (1650 nm) was measured and a large blue shift of the reflection peak from 1650 nm to 500 nm was found under blue light (428 or 457 nm) irradiation.

Results: Results: An increase in the activity of endogenous intoxication, the content of medium-molecular peptides (MMW1, MMW2) and their coefficient (K = MSM2 / MSM1) were observed in the erythrocytes of experimental animals with hyperthyroidism.

Dynamics of liquid-crystalline magnetic suspensions in a rotating magnetic field.

We theoretically study the dynamics of the orientational structure of a ferronematic liquid crystal with soft planar coupling between the director and the magnetization in a rotating magnetic field. We determine critical parameters characterizing the boundary between synchronous and asynchronous rotation regimes. We show that the magnetic impurity increases the stability threshold of an asynchronous rotation regime.

It is proved that in women with miscarriage at the level of multiple pregnancy placental insufficiency depends on the blood supply to the placenta and the nature of the inflammatory manifestations. The morphological pattern of placental disorders in miscarriage was revealed that the morphological features of placental insufficiency in non-infectious factors of miscarriage are early changes in the vessels of the decidua in a spasm, obliteration of the lumen of the spiral arteries, a decrease of vascular villous tree, reducing the amount of chorionic epithelium and peripheral trophoblast, increased maternal and fetal deposits fibrinoid.
