Background: Due to the complex and abstract anatomy of the nervous system, neurology has become a difficult subject for students of clinical disciplines. It is imperative to develop new teaching methods to improve students' enthusiasm for learning this course. Small private online courses (SPOC) combined with problem based learning (PBL) blended teaching models based on massive open online course (MOOC) provides a new direction for future neurology teaching reform.

- In a retrospective analysis of 909 AIS patients, three phenotypes were identified based on clinical and laboratory data: phenotype 1 (younger, obese individuals with high lipid levels), phenotype 2 (patients with abnormal ion levels), and phenotype 3 (high inflammation and multiple-organ dysfunction).
- The developed Clinlabomics models using support vector machine classifiers showed high accuracy and predictive performance, suggesting the potential for tailored therapies based on these identified phenotypes.
