However, relatively little is known about the impact of comorbid conditions, as well as OCD severity on psychosocial functioning in this population. There is much debate, however, over whether NSAIDs delay healing and contribute to long-term joint instability. This article examines the effects and potential side effects of NSAIDs, and considers alternative prescribing options for treating soft-tissue injuries.
