View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe addition of glycerol to Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) films affected the bipolar switching characteristics of nonvolatile polymer memory devices (PMDs). Increasing the glycerol/PEDOT:PSS ratio caused increase in the OFF-current of the PMDs, but did not affect the ON-current levels. This result demonstrates that highly-conductive current paths occur in the ON-state.
