Objective: The aim: To create a mathematical model for predicting the level of heat sensitivity in healthy young people based on multivariate regression analysis.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 150 healthy young people aged 17-20 years answered the questionnaire "Levels of heat sensitivity", underwent a heat test and mathematical analysis of the heart rate, after which the results were used to build a regression model of heat sensitivity.

Results: Results: The model of mathematical prediction of heat sensitivity (CHSL1/CHSL2), which we proposed for the first time, takes into account the most significant factors that influence the determination of higher and lower sensitivity to heat (Q1-Q6, %LF2, %HF1, %HF2, HR1, HR2), so its use will allow timely identi¬fication of individuals who are particularly susceptible to the effects of elevated ambient temperature and prevent the development of potential negative consequences of this exposure.

The mechanical behavior of titanium alloys has been mostly studied in quasi-static conditions when the strain rate does not exceed 10 s, while the studies performed in dynamic settings specifically for Ti-based composites are limited. Such data are critical to prevent the "strength margin" approach, which is used to assure the part performance under dynamic conditions in the absence of relevant data. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the mechanical behavior of Ti-based composites under dynamic condition.

The works is devoted to guestions of optimization results of surgical treatment of patients with intraarticular fractures of the tibial proximal end. Active and passive mobilization of knee joint was carried out from the first days after operation. As of the result use of improved and developt systems for diagnosis and surgical treatment of 136 patients with intra-articulare fractures of the proximal tibia end the specific weight positive immediate results has come up to 93%, that of long-term results--to 89%.

There have been obtained high-filling polyurethane compositions with hydroxyapatite. Compositions with hydroxyapatite and immunomodulator in the polyurethane base acquire better adhesiveness and improved strength characteristics as evidenced by physical-and-clinical studies made. Modal operations are developed in test animals on bone defects replacing that carry a high mechanical load.

HV monoclonal antibodies (MAb) were produced in order to improve the quality of HBsAg detection and their specific characteristics were compared with those of other MAbs. MAbs were characterized by asymmetric interactions with the antigen when used as first or second antibodies. The reactivity of a panel of HV and X MAb to ad and ay subtypes was studied by enzyme immunoassay.

On the basis of coding regions on the fragments of genes P1 and P2 of hepatitis A virus (HAV) recombinant proteins of this virus have been synthesized in the prokaryotic expressing system of E. coli, isolated and studied with the use of sera obtained from hepatitis A patients. The capacity of HAV recombinant proteins for binding with the sera of patients with hepatitis A in the acute stage has been shown with the use of immunoblotting and the indirect solid-phase enzyme immunoassay.

Statistical characteristics and latent biorhythms of the frog, rabbit and human cardiointervalograms were studied in the volutionary aspect with the aid of ACBT-M 6000 computer. Some mechanisms of temporary organization of the heart rhythm were revealed with regard to the level of organization of biological objects. Evolutionary aspects of analysis of the heart biorhythms provide an approach to their genesis.
