Background: The main purpose of this study was to summarize the results of the Montenegrin 2022 Report Card on physical activity (PA) for children and youth, which is used to identify and grade PA to help optimize the current situation and provide an improved basis for the creation of a future monitoring system.
Methods: Following the methodology established by the Active Healthy Kids Global Alliance, the Montenegrin team conducted an assessment of PA of Montenegrin children and youth through 12 separate indicators. Grades were awarded based on data found in available articles published up to 2022, including the grey literature, such as government and nongovernment reports, and online content from the same period.

Objective: Present the healthy fitness zone (HFZ) prevalence and age-specific fitness profile of young people from seven European countries.
Methods: This study used data from the European Fitness Monitoring System project.

Methods: The subjects of this cross-sectional study included a sample of 703 respondents (369 males and 334 females) aged between 18 and 82 yr, divided into four age groups. The research was conducted from 23 Apr to 9 Nov 2021 and respondents from all 24 municipalities of Montenegro were included.

The aim of this study was to determine the differences between healthy-weight and overweight 5-6-year-old preschool children in fine and gross motor skills and cognitive abilities. There were 91 subjects, preschool children (41 boys and 50 girls), who participated in this cross-sectional study. The body mass index (BMI) was calculated based on measures of body height and body mass, and WHO cutoff points were used for the assessment of the children's nutrition status.
