Human Healthcare and Its Pharmacy Component from a Safety Point of View.

Healthcare plays a crucial role in public and national safety as a significant part of state activity and a component of national safety, whose mission is to organize and ensure affordable medical care for the population. The four stages of the genesis of healthcare safety development with the corresponding safety models of formation were defined: technical, human factor or security management, systemic security management, and cognitive complexity. It was established that at all stages, little attention is paid to the issues of the formation of the pharmaceutical sector's safety.

C fullerene attenuates muscle force reduction in a rat during fatigue development.

C fullerene (C) as a nanocarbon particle, compatible with biological structures, capable of penetrating through cell membranes and effectively scavenging free radicals, is widely used in biomedicine. A protective effect of C on the biomechanics of fast () and slow () muscle contraction in rats and the pro- and antioxidant balance of muscle tissue during the development of muscle fatigue was studied compared to the same effect of the known antioxidant N-acetylcysteine (NAC). C and NAC were administered intraperitoneally at doses of 1 and 150 mg kg, respectively, daily for 5 days and 1 h before the start of the experiment.
