Abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture (AAAR) is a fatal complication and results high mortality rate (40-70%). To date, open surgery remains the method of choice for AAAR in the Russian Federation. Various complications can occur after surgery for RAAA.

Between September 1996 and December 2009. a total of 226 open operations and 151 endovascular interventions were carried out in 327 patients suffering from occlusive and stenotic lesions of the superficial femoral artery.
