The article explores the polypharmacological profiling of 4-((5-(decylthio)-4-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl)methyl)morpholine as a potential antimicrobial agent. The study utilized 15148 electronic pharmacophore models of organisms, ranked by the Tversky index. Detailed analysis revealed classical bonding patterns with selected enzymes, identifying key amino acid residues involved in complex formation.

The immunoregulatory blood index was determined to indicate the ratio of T-helpers and T-suppressors. The immunoregulatory index of the spleen was determined as the ratio of CD4+ cells to CD8+ cells in the field of view of a microscope (eyepiece 10, objective 40) after obtaining histological preparations according to generally accepted methods.

Eighteen multiparous Holstein cows were randomly assigned to the hyperthermia group (HYP, = 8) in August (summer season) and the control group (CON, = 10) in October (autumn season). Blood from animals of the HYP group was collected in one heat wave, which was preceded by a long period of heat stress (HS, temperature-humidity index (THI ≥ 72)).
