Diagnosis and Therapeutic Management in Postcholecistectomy Alithiasic Cholangitis.

The objective of the current retrospective study is to present the results of a personal research on the prevalence and treatment of alithiasic cholangitis in hospitalized patients. The research was based on the following criteria: case selection according to gender, age and diagnosis, anamnesis information, clinical, paraclinical, imagery and laboratory investigation methods, therapeutic approach. Between 2016-2018, 109 cases had a discharge diagnosis of postcholecystectomy cholangitis following clinical and paraclinical examinations.
