- The study aimed to evaluate the effects of intranasal acupuncture combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture on patients with moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis and investigate its anti-inflammatory mechanism.
- A total of 135 patients were randomly divided into three groups: a western medicine group using budesonide, an intranasal acupuncture group, and a combination group receiving both types of acupuncture treatment.
- Results showed significant improvements in nasal symptoms, quality of life, anxiety, and depression scores, along with changes in eosinophil counts and various serum biomarkers, particularly after the combined treatment.
The interactions between human serum albumin (HSA) and fluphenazine (FPZ) in the presence or absence of rutin or quercetin were studied by fluorescence, absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and molecular modeling.
