The experience is submitted gained with the diagnosis and treatment of Chlamydia trachomatis-associated esophagitis. Used in the study were laboratory and instrumental methods of diagnosis, with their merits and demerits outlined. It is pointed out that complex diagnosis of Chlamydia trachomatis-produced esophagitis is important, the treatment involving institution of anti-bacterial and immunomodulating therapies.

The advantages of selective proximal vagotomy in correction of the disorders revealed were proved.

Under the influence of hemorrhage in the PG the arterial blood flow is lowering, the arteriovenous shunting mechanisms are starting.

The performance of selective proximal vagotomy and sympathectomy of a mesenterica superior had promoted the pancreatic blood flow improvement. It is substantiated in patients with secondary chronic pancreatitis, caused by the ulcer disease.

In patients with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer, disorders of the pancreas bloodflow are at their greatest in the area of the head of the gland at the level of arterioles, with arteriolospasm phenomena being most noticeable. The secured data are to be taken account of in selection of therapeutic measures to be instituted in the patients.

Etiological factors of the syndrome were studied, investigations designed to study the regional bloodflow of the stomach in the zone of ruptures and intact areas, the motor and acid-producing functions of the stomach were conducted. Based on the conducted general clinical and special examination of patients with Mallory-Weiss syndrome the importance was proved of ischemic atrophic gastritis, discoordination of the motor and evacuatory function of the esophagus and duodenum in the genesis of the above syndrome, which disorders tend to be more manifest in sudden impacts of predisposing factors.

Combined utilization of contemporary roentgenologic and endoscopic techniques allowed some important conclusions of practical value to be drawn.

Examined were 243 patients with duodenal ulcer after the operation of selective proximal vagotomy. Pyloroplasty was performed in 49.9%, duodenoplasty in 53.

The leading etiological factors for distal gastritis in duodenogastric reflux, for proximal gastritis-ischemia of the gastric wall in the devascularization zone. Individualized treatment with consideration of the etiopathogenesis of postoperative gastritis allows to reduce the frequency of development of postvagotomy disorders by 19.

The experience with the use of a method of bone plasty developed by the authors in the treatment of 13 children with a pathologic fracture of metacarpal bones is summarized. In follow up of from 1 to 6 years, the complete reconstruction of a transplant with replacing the defects by bone tissue which do not differ in structure from the own one was noted. A hand function restored to the full volume.

In the article is proposed the method of treatment of finger phalanx tumors in children, localized in the area of growth zones. By application of the proposed method the authors operated on 12 children aged 3-15 years in connection with the benign tumors of finger phalanx bones. Long-term results were followed up with all patients during 1-5 years.

These substitutions may indicate the level of prior DNA methylation. It was found that the level of this methylation is significantly lower in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and chloroplast DNA (chDNA) than in nuclear DNA (nDNA) of the same species.
