Material And Methods: The study comprised 35 eyes of 35 patients who underwent phacoemulsification with toric IOL implantation (EnVista Toric). Residual postoperative refractive astigmatism was calculated on three calculators: EnVista Toric Calculator, ASSORT Toric IOL Calculator and the Kane formula.

Clinical and histological manifestations suggest that the unusual tumor-like condition is probably a variant of proliferative optic neuropathy caused by unknown nonspecific damage (perhaps trauma), which was received earlier.
