Foreign body aspiration is a rare clinical finding in adults, among which very few are reported, probably due to absence of classical clinical features in adults when compared to children and due to lack of awareness. We present a 57-year-old with chronic productive cough who was diagnosed to have pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), complicated by long-standing foreign body in the tracheobronchial tree. There are many cases reported in literature where there have been misdiagnosis with respect to pulmonary TB as foreign body or foreign bodies as pulmonary TB.

We present a rare case of a pituitary tuberculoma masquerading as pituitary adenoma with pituitary apoplexy-like presentation in a 31-year-old female, who had symptoms suggestive of acute secondary adrenal insufficiency with secondary amenorrhea. After initial evaluation which was suggestive of pituitary adenoma, she underwent endoscopic transnasal pituitary tumor excision. Histopathology revealed features of pituitary tuberculoma.

A rare case of adenoid cystic carcinoma arising from the sphenoid sinus causing lateral rectus palsy is presented here. Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the paranasal sinuses is an aggressive neoplasm which needs early diagnosis and treatment. Ideal treatment paradigm for paranasal sinus tumors is yet to be established.
