This study addresses the academic gap in the adoption of generative AI systems by investigating the factors influencing technology acceptance and usage behavior in Korean firms. Although recent advancements in AI are accelerating digital transformation and innovation, empirical research on the adoption of these systems remains scarce. To fill this gap, this study applies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, surveying 300 employees from both large and small enterprises in South Korea.

The porcine ischemia-reperfusion model is one of the most commonly used for cardiology research and for testing interventions for myocardial regeneration. In creating ischemic reperfusion injury, the anesthetic protocol is important for assuring hemodynamic stability of the animal during the induction of the experimental lesion and may affect its postoperative survival. This paper reviews the many drugs and anesthetic protocols used in recent studies involving porcine models of ischemiareperfusion injury.

Epigenetic mechanisms could be involved in obesity, inflammation and stroke. It was found that only a small fraction (12-15%) of peripheral NK cells expresses CD26 compared with the high expression (99%) found in NK clones. The protein tyrosine phosphorylation mediated by means of CD26 activation was studied in NK cells treated with the anti-CD26 MoAb 134-2C2, and two new proteins of 50 and 21 kDa appeared phosphorylated in tyrosine residues.
