The use of autologous serum eye drops for the treatment of ocular surface disorders.

Objectives: To investigate the use of autologous serum (AS) eye drops in patients with ocular surface disorders who were refractory to conventional treatments.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted at a tertiary care centre. We included patients with a prescription of AS eye drops from December 2006 to January 2016.
