Introduction: Nonunion is a common postfracture complication resulting in decreased quality of life for patients in resource-limited settings. This study aims to determine how age, sex, injury mechanism, and surgical intervention affect the rate of nonunion in transverse femur fractures treated with a SIGN intramedullary nail (IMN).

Methods: A retrospective study was conducted using the SIGN online surgical database.

Methods: We quantified participant demographics, injury types, treatments, and disposition for medical encounters at 27 Ironman-distance triathlon championships from 1989 to 2019. We then calculated the likelihood of concurrent medical complaints in each encounter.

Traditionally it may manifest from six months to 24 years following the loss of both adrenal glands, with the meantime of development being 15 years following BA.
