Cancer cells exhibit heightened secretory states that drive tumor progression. Here, we identify a chromosome 3q amplicon that serves as a platform for secretory regulation in cancer. The 3q amplicon encodes multiple Golgi-resident proteins, including the scaffold Golgi integral membrane protein 4 (GOLIM4) and the ion channel ATPase Secretory Pathway Ca2+ Transporting 1 (ATP2C1).

Aim: It is to be elucidated the risk-predictive role of differentially expressed fatty acid metabolism related genes (DE-FRGs) in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and myocardial infarction.

Materials & Methods: Four gene enrichment analyses defined DE-FRGs' biological functions and pathways. Three strategies were applied to identify risk biomarkers and construct a nomogram.

The study of niche and interspecific relationships is one of the classical ecological theories. We set up four desertification gradients. The "Levins" and "Pianka" method were used to calculate the species' niche breadth and niche overlap.

(Fs) is one of the notorious necrotrophic fungal pathogens that cause root rot and vascular wilt, accounting for the severe loss of production worldwide. The plant-pathogen interactions have a strong molecular basis. As yet, the genomic information and transcriptomic profiling on the attempted infection of Fs remain unavailable in a woody model species, .
