Haemangioma of cheek different presentation and management.

Though haemangioma of cheek is not a very uncommon entity, here we are presenting a case series of four such cases of haemangioma cheek of completely different presentation. One of which is classical maxillary haemangioma and the rest of the others have different and unusual presentations. They all have different radiological features and were managed successfully by different surgical approaches without any recurrence.

A rare cause of nasolacrimal duct obstruction: dentigerous cyst in the maxillary sinus.

The most common abnormality of the lacrimal drainage system is congenital or acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction. The causes of acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction may be primary or secondary. The secondary acquired obstructions may result from infection, inflammation, neoplasm, trauma or mechanical causes.

Solitary neurilemmoma in postaural region.

Neurilemmoma in postaural region arising from great auricular nerve is an extremely rare tumour. An 11 years boy presented with pain and swelling behind his left ear for last 3-4 years. The clinical examination revealed the swelling appeared to be diffuse with the margin being ill defined.

Deaf child--a general practitioner's responsibility.

The power of a child's speaking language never develops if he is deaf. Deafness persists if it is not detected early. Childhood deafness is either congenital or acquired.
