Plasmonic Bound States in the Continuum to Tailor Exciton Emission of MoTe.

Plasmon resonances can greatly enhance light-matter interactions of two-dimensional van der Waals materials. However, the quality factor of plasmonic resonances is limited. Here, we demonstrate a plasmonic quasi-bound state in the continuum (quasi-BIC), which is composed of gold nanorod pairs.
