Resorcinol-formaldehyde aerogel (RFa) is a unique nanomaterial composed of polymer nanoparticles with a three-dimensional network structure. Our previous studies have demonstrated its application in the separation and purification of alkaloids, and we are exploring its application potential as the drug delivery carrier. In this paper, (Cooke) Ryvarden () cultivated in rice medium (LRR) and in sawdust medium (LRS) was harvested. Then, in terms of the LRR, LRS, and wild (LRW), the total flavonoid contents, total polyphenol contents, total polysaccharide contents, and metabolites were detected; antioxidants of their aqueous extracts and anti-inflammatory of their polysaccharides were performed.
